Health & Safety Requirements

• Age limit: 13–80 years old only (no children under 13, no adults over 80).

• Do NOT join if you are pregnant, or if you have heart/lung conditions.

• Do not scuba dive within 24 hours prior to the tour.

• Summit elevation: ~14,000 ft (oxygen level ~40% less than sea level).

• Supplemental oxygen is available if needed.

Clothing & Gear

• Summit temperature can drop to 25°F (-4°C).

• Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes (required).

• Jackets and gloves are provided.

• Bring reusable water bottles.

Food & Snacks

• Please eat a good lunch before the tour.

• Avoid heavy meals before reaching the summit (to prevent altitude sickness).

• Light snacks & drinks are okay to bring.

• We provide cookies, crackers, candy, nuts, oatmeal, and hot cocoa.

• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal drugs at any time.

• Please respect the mountain — leave no trash behind.

• We will take time-lapse astrophotography photos.

• To download them, please enter the PIN code provided by your Tour Guide during the excursion.

• Please check your photo(s) onsite to ensure you are satisfied.

Weather & Road Conditions

• Weather can change rapidly (snow, fog, 120+ mph winds are possible year-round).

• Road closures may occur due to ice, snow, poor visibility, strong winds, or safety conditions.
